About the climbing in August.
On July 25, we had to cancel our climbing trip in collaboration with PMK due to rain, but we had a workshop on Geographica, a map application for smartphones, and a practical climbing session on the traverse of Mt.
Since it was very well received, we will hold a practical mountaineering session using the compass and Geografica.
Date and time: August 30, meeting place: Ubasawa parking lot, time: 7:00 a.m. Fee: 5,000 yen, climbing insurance required.
We will take a route to the top of Mt. Tsukiyama via Ubagatake using the lift, and on the way back, we will go out from the Ushikuboshita branch to the back of the old Uba Hut.
Participants should be prepared to set up the route on their smartphones in advance.
If you don't know how to use Geografica, we will have a class on August 9 and 23.
